Breathe ("the app") is a breathing exercise app. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.

Data We Collect

Breathe collects no personal information. The only data the app stores is:

• Session history — the breathing pattern used, duration, and timestamp of each completed session. This is stored locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults API.
• Notification preferences — if you enable a daily reminder, the chosen time is stored locally on your device.

None of this data is transmitted off your device. There are no servers, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, and no accounts.

Data We Do Not Collect

• Name, email, or any contact information
• Location data
• Health or HealthKit data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Crash reports or usage analytics

Notifications

If you choose to enable daily reminders, the app will request permission to send local notifications. This permission is optional and can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings. Notifications are scheduled locally and do not involve any external service.

Children

Breathe does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Given that the app collects no data, changes are unlikely.
